There will he 3 boot camp sessions a day, 3 times a week each session will he 1 hour long.
24 hour help, 90 day challenges and weigh ins (optional).
Diet plans, all over body conditioning sessions, core stability session, boxing sessions, HIIT sessions, caveman sessions plus many more!
Monday 7am / 12pm / 6pm
Wednesday 7am / 2pm / 8pm
Friday 7am / 12pm / 6pm
Only £50 a month!
(that works out at £12.50 a week &just over £3 a session)
This isn’t going to be your average boot camp where its the same stuff week in week out, my sessions are always evolving to keep you interested and your body reacting. Sessions will cover all aspects of fitness from beginners to advanced and all workouts are tried and tested. From all over body conditioning, S & C, HIIT classes, core stability, upper body conditioning, lower body conditioning, boxing sessions, caveman training, plus more!
You will not find this anywhere else in Skelmersdale or surrounding areas.
